A Yard You'll Love Coming Home To

We design, build and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces.

Our Work

Built Once. Built Right.

Every project below was managed end to end by one team. Grading and drainage first, trades sequenced intentionally, punch list closed before we left. Drag the slider on any project to see what the property looked like the day we started.

A Yard That Works
Starts Underground.

The finished photos are the easy part. What you cannot see in them is the grading, the base prep, and the drainage that keeps a patio from settling three winters from now. That work is why these projects still look like this.

Bare Lot to Full Backyard Landscape

Weeds, compacted builder fill, and no irrigation. We established grade across the whole yard, ran the system, then set sod, trees, and curved beds so the planting reads as one design rather than a row of holes along a fence.

Side Yard Turned Into a Usable Walkway

A dirt path between two houses that turned to mud every spring. We poured a radiused concrete walk with the fall running away from the foundation, then set washed rock and evergreens along both edges to hold the ground and finish the run.

Grading · Concrete Walkway · Drainage Fall · Washed Rock · Evergreen Plantings

View Lot Finished Around a Fire Pit Patio

The lot backs to open ground with a long valley view, so the design keeps the sight line clear and puts the gathering space at the edge. Round concrete pad, stacked fire pit, and a planted border that frames the view instead of blocking it.

Grading · Irrigation · Sod · Concrete Fire Pit Patio · Bark Beds · Border Plantings

Weed Lot to Patio and Lawn

Knee-high weeds and hardpan against the house. The patio was sized to the furniture the homeowner actually wanted out there, the lawn was shaped with a curved rock border, and the fence line was planted so it stops reading as a wall.

Dead Front Lawn Replaced With Low-Water Rock

The front lawn had burned out and was never going to recover on the water it was getting. We pulled it, set a paver step path to the gate, and laid mixed river rock with boulders and drought-tolerant plantings placed for their mature size.

Sod Removal · Weed Barrier · Paver Step Path · River Rock · Boulders · Drip Irrigation

Tiered Paver Planters Along the Drive

A flat rock strip beside the driveway became three stepped planter boxes that follow the grade down toward the street. Drip lines and low-voltage lighting were run inside the walls during the build, so nothing is surface-mounted after the fact.

Tiered Block Walls · Drip Irrigation · Integrated LED Lighting · Rock Base
Behind the Photos

The Part That Determines
Whether It Lasts.

Anyone can photograph a finished patio. What separates these projects is the work that happened before a single paver was set.

01

Water Moves First

Grading and drainage are resolved before hardscape. In the Treasure Valley, that single decision is why patios stay level and lawns stay dry.

02

Trades in Sequence

Irrigation goes in before concrete. Sod goes down after final grade. Nothing gets torn out and redone on our schedule or your budget.

03

Closed Out Intentionally

Punch list handled, systems tested, site cleaned. The project ends with a walkthrough, not with a crew that stops answering the phone.
